Bench for the 50th Anniversary of Země živitelka

This bench merges modern technology with a tribute to Czech tradition. Its concrete structure was created using 3D concrete printing, combining concrete and wood for a pleasant material contrast. At the center, a large concrete planter adds to the design. The bench features the inscription “Země živitelka 50”, commemorating the anniversary of this event—for which it was commissioned.

About the Event

The bench was created in honor of Země živitelka, the largest and most significant agricultural exhibition in the Czech Republic. This agrosalon, open to both professionals and the public, focuses on all aspects of agriculture while promoting Czech food and traditions.

Where to Find the Bench

This unique bench is permanently placed at the České Budějovice exhibition grounds, symbolizing the connection between innovation, tradition, and nature. Come see it and take a break while visiting the space, which hosts Země živitelka and many other events throughout the year.
